By using the DESi Smart App, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Permitted Use: The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
• Use the App to distribute harmful content, such as malware or spam.
• Access or attempt to access any unauthorized areas of the App.
• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

4. App Features

Geofencing and Auto-Unlock: The App's geofencing features rely on your device's location data. By enabling these features, you consent to the App's use of location services per the Privacy Policy.

Updates and Modifications: We may update the App or its features periodically. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of these changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Desi Alarm ve Güvenlik Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desi Alarm ve Güvenlik Sistemleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use will be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
